FAQ
Website Pricing & Ownership
What websites cost, what drives the price, payments, and what you own.
9 common questions
We publish honest starting prices because guessing games waste everyone's time. What you actually invest depends on how many pages you need, how much content and functionality is involved, and whether you want ongoing marketing after launch.
Below are the pricing questions we hear most. For a firm number tailored to your project, the fastest path is a quick call or a free marketing audit.
Our Starter Website begins at $2,495. Growth websites start from $3,500, and larger custom projects start from $5,000, priced by scope — more pages, more content, and more functionality cost more. We give you a fixed quote before any work begins so there are no surprises.
Price usually reflects what's actually included. A cheap template site with no strategy, no content help, and no support is a different product than a conversion-focused site built on a fast, modern foundation with tracking and a real plan behind it. We aim to be transparent about what you get so you can compare fairly.
We typically structure website projects with a deposit to begin and the balance due at or near launch. For larger projects we can discuss milestone-based payments. Ongoing plans like hosting, care, and marketing are billed monthly.
The main ongoing cost is hosting and website care, which starts at $75/month and covers secure hosting, updates, backups, and small changes. Everything else — SEO, ads, Google Business Profile management — is optional and added only if you want to actively grow.
The Starter Website includes a professionally designed, mobile-first site with the core pages a small business needs, conversion-focused layout, basic on-page SEO setup, and analytics so you can see what's working. Larger packages add more pages, deeper content, and advanced functionality.
You own it. After full payment, the completed website and custom work are yours, subject to third-party licenses. We're not in the business of locking clients in — we'd rather earn your ongoing business than trap it.
No. Advertising budget is always paid directly to the platform (Google, Meta) and is separate from our management fee. That keeps things transparent — you always know exactly how much is going to ads versus management.
Yes, and most clients do. Many start with a solid website, then add Google Business Profile management, SEO, or ads once the foundation is in place and generating leads. You're never required to buy everything at once.
Additional service or location pages start from $150 per page. If you're on a growth plan, some content updates are included — we'll always tell you up front whether something is covered or billed separately.
